Founded in 1998 by Countess Maria Giustiniani, our school welcomes travellers not as commercial tourists, but as cherished guests in a real historic home.
Under the guidance of Chef Stefano Zamboni and Chef Simone Pinato, you will master the art of hand-rolled pasta, rich slow-simmered sauces, Venetian risotti, and classic tiramisù. Every morning session concludes with a celebratory lunch paired with fine regional wines.
