2-Night / 2-Cooking Class Program
A residential programme with two cooking classes and a two-night stay.
A two-night stay at Tenuta Castel Venezze built around two hands-on cooking classes — the same familiar, genuine kitchen atmosphere as at home, just with a professional chef guiding you.
Day one: arrive after midday, settle into your room and stroll the gardens, then join your first class at 4pm — homemade pasta from tagliatelle to tortellini — followed by a convivial dinner with regional wines.
Day two: a morning class on risotto and tiramisù, lunch tasting your own creations, then an afternoon wine tour to a family-run winery in the Euganean Hills before dinner at Locanda Venezze, the Tenuta's own restaurant.
Classes are kept small enough for cooks of all levels, and non-participating companions are welcome to join for meals and enjoy the villa's park and pool.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrive in the afternoon, check into your room and enjoy a welcome glass of regional wine under the ancient portico. At 4pm, your first cooking lesson begins: seasonal starters, hand-rolled pasta, and dessert, followed by a celebratory dinner together.
Wake up to a country breakfast. At 10:30, begin your second workshop focused on traditional sauces, slow-braised meats or artisanal risotti, and classic tiramisù. Lunch with regional wines follows. Afternoon free to relax by the pool or explore Padua or Rovigo. Dinner served at the estate.
Leisurely breakfast with homemade cakes. Check-out by 11:00. Transfer back to Venice or the airport available on request.
