Are classes taught in English?
Yes. Our cooking classes are held in English and welcome beginners and experienced home cooks.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Please tell us about allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences when you request or book your programme so the kitchen team can plan safely.
How do I reach the villa?
Tenuta Castel Venezze is near Rovigo, about an hour from Venice by train. A taxi or private transfer can be arranged on request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Joinable courses follow the published staged refund policy. Private programmes have separate terms; the cancellation policy accepted at booking is the governing version.
Can non-cooking companions join?
Yes. Residential programmes can accommodate non-participating companions who join meals and enjoy the estate.
