Cancellation and refund rules are shown during the booking flow and accepted with each reservation.
Joinable courses & programmes
Our four confirmed cooking programmes are all joinable — anyone can book a place, no exclusive buyout required. The refund schedule:
- More than 60 days before start: 30% of programme price
- 59–30 days before start: 50% of programme price
- 29–15 days before start: 80% of programme price
- Less than 15 days / no-show: 100% of programme price
Private programmes
A private or exclusive booking (not yet part of our standard catalogue) would use separate terms: 60% refund up to 60 days before, 30% from 59 to 30 days and no refund within 29 days. The version accepted at checkout is always authoritative.
